Frequently Asked Questions
Can I take part in this challenge from home or is it gym only?
This challenge is designed for anyone to be able to take part! When enrolling you will be able to pick between the home or the gym guide so you can do whichever is best suited for you and your preferences.
Are the meal plans vegan/vegetarian friendly?
Definitely! When enrolling in the challenge you will be asked to pick your preference from a range of dietary options including vegan and vegetarian, and your meal plan will then be automatically generated in your planner.
What will the challenge focus on?
To help with your biggest transformation yet, we will be covering your full body throughout the challenge workouts. There are 5 sessions per week - a mix between full body, upper body and lower body….with lots of spicy finishers!
Is this challenge suitable for beginners?
Yes of course! The guide is designed for you to challenge yourself at your own level. The speed/weights used/ rest taken is all up to you.
Can I start the challenge later?
Absolutely! The challenge starts on Monday 20th September however enrolment closes on Monday 27th September, so you have plenty of time to take part.
How long will the workouts be?
The workouts will range from 35 - 60 minutes depending on the session. You can move sessions to work around your schedule.
What are the key elements to win?

In order to win weekly prizes you will need to complete a mini challenge (found on the app) and tag us or DM us on socials with the proof (e.g. video of you performing the challenge)

Overall winner will be chosen for best overall transformation. We’ll be asking everyone to share their total transformations in the app to win at the end of week 8, as well their fitness test scores from week 1 v week 8 to see improvements there.
